I am writing this to let you know the Fantastic Job that Julie did and helping us purchase our Conesus Lake Home.

Julie is so knowledgeable about the Lake, the area and she knows so many people on the lake. This was beneficial in us being able to remove the FEMA flood insurance requirements. Her expertise and knowledge of the process were spot on. This was all done during the Covid pandemic which made things more difficult. "I have bought and sold 8 homes over the years. I have been represented by numerous agents but I can tell you that Julie is by far the best. She sold my Conesus Lake home for us and did so by matching one of her buyers to us as sellers. The deal was fair, equitable, quick, smooth and we closed on the sale without a hitch. Julie was outstanding. She followed up on every thing throughout the process and any wrinkles that came up were overcome with minimal stress. She is very knowledgeable and knows the market inside out. She is also a very genuine lady with a kind heart. She will go out of her way to make her clients happy and she loves what she does. "If you're looking for property on Conesus Lake, Julie is the agent you should contact and being dealing with. A lake resident herself, Julie has a vast knowledge of the properties available on and around the lake. Some properties she has listed and sold several times over. We found her to be 5 Star in all the categories listed above. A lake property, she showed the house in winter, when we weren't there, which meant opening the house, shoveling when necessary. She worked with the buyers of our property during the months that we were out of state. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about electronic document signing which was necessary for our sale.We highly recommend Julie Smith if you are interested in buying and or selling any property now or in the future."
